Thanks for the website, but it doesn't show me my spam folder, which is what I need to access, when BT thinks that some of my emails are spam.

For just over a week now, apart from last Friday, every time I try to login
to my email page, I get the following message

as soon as possible. Please try again later. Sorry if this causes any

Has anyone else with a BT email account seen this message. Thanks in advance
for anyone's help.
