Hi Catherine, I just go to the Adobe site and download the latest full version. It should install over the top. I do want to update it but can't figure out how because every time I try, whether through clicking a link in firefox asking me to update it, or by trying to use this "update Adobe Flash Player" dialog, I can't read the dialog with JAWS. Is it possible to update the flash player without this dialog? Can anyone offer any suggestions to me?
