My system - Windows7, Jaws14, FireFox not latest due to access problems but
the version suggested on this group a while ago, I have a paid-for SS Pro
account.
I have tried the clean-up facility but does not achieve my requirements
seemingly only having facilities relating to number of days since last
upload / download Etc., these are not what I am looking for.
Problem: In the past, have been able to go into my files, alter the number
displayed from 25 to 100. I've then been able to go down the list and check
each box for action. At the end of the list, I've then been able to
activate (usually the delete) button simply by entering, all checked files
then deleted. The files showed name, date uploaded, number of downloads Etc.
Now, I can go into my files list but files now shown as name, check box and
link for file properties. I check each box, reach end of list and press
enter on delete button, nothing happens.
What am I missing?
