Hi RonI haven't looked for a long time but it used to give a full sheet of the same address but only one at a time of different addresses. This made lining them up very hard once the first line had been used up.
I too use an old version of Word Perfect as well as my Dymo label writer. I am still convinced Word Perfect is a far better piece of kit than MS Word and if it wasn't for the fact some bits are a little incompatible I would use it all the time.

Wendy, if you go into options on the label page in word you can chose the make of labels, say how many you want across and down. It takes a bit of setting up but once it is done it will stay until you delete it. I use Avery labels 21 toa sheet, 3 across and 7 down. It seems as though you are happy with Word Perfect so that's good. I find Word envelopes and labels very complicated. In labels there are two options, one is to print just one label, and the other is to print the same label on a sheet. This is not what I want. I want to print a sheet of different labels.I have looked at the Microsoft training pages about this, and frankly it allseems like too much hard work. What I still do is use an old DOS computer with WordPerfect 5.1. Setting up labels takes a little while, buteverything is straightforward, and once the sheet is set up it stays exactlyas it is. You can save it as a blank file and use it as many times as youlike. You can also set up sheets of non-standard sizes, which Word doesn'tseem to like.
