Hi Jim

Yes it is possible because I do it all the time. I have a Samsung printer which has a tray that takes a ream of paper. But I also have a door that pulls down to reveal a place to print envelopes and labels. By adjusting the guides on the envelope tray, I can accommodate the Articles for the Blind labels no problem. I print them by opening Word. I type the address, then select and centre the entire address. When inserting the label into my envelopes tray on the printer, I then know the text is in the correct place when the label comes out of the printer as I can feel it smack bang where it should be.

I hope this helps.

Jackie

HI List,

Is it possible to insert afb labels into a printer and print names and address's on them? I would imagine you would have to take the paper out and insert the labels and pull the slider across, but where would I go from their? I have an HP printer, or is their another way.

Any help gratefully received.

Jim.
