I had a quick look last night and found that the site I was on with 3 Samsung laser printers only took between 150 and 250 sheets at a filling. Like you I would take for ever to use that amount of paper but you don't have to fill them to the top. Because of my low usage I think I'll carry on with inkjet as I'd need one anyway for any colour printing I do.

I've been thinking about your 500 sheets of paper in the lazer and worrying about them Jackie. if I had 500 pages there they would gather so much dust. Don't think I would use even that much in a year, well I know I wouldn't. What about 'saving the planet' Jackie *smile*. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie Cairns" <jackie.cairnsplace@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Roger

I don't go into the Envelopes and Labels option within Word to do this. I
simply open a blank Word document and type the address, then centre it.
Then I run it off. Only when I do smaller labels on a sheet do I go into
the Envelopes and Labels option and choose the size I want from there.

Hey! I'll have you know lasers are cheap nowadays. (smile).

Kind Regards,

J

Hi Jackie

Nothing so grand as a laser here. A simple Epson S20 inkjet but it suits my needs as I print realtively little. The paper stands upright in the top of the machine, the labels go in the same area in front and to the right of the

A4. I have found a shipping label seems the right size and brings the type down to the correct area but it too far to the left. I use the envelopes &
labels command of Tools in Word. The centering would be the justification
tab I guess. Sounds good. Thanks Jackie.
