[access-uk] Printers and Freelists

I need to get a new printer and want one that will allow me to address 
envelopes and Articles for the Blind Labels as well as A4.  My last one that 
I've thrown out was Hp DeskJet 845C.  It had a special place for putting 
envelopes (not large ones of course) but I could also put the Articles for the 
Blind Labels in there too.  Any suggestions please? and now to my second thing. 
 Freelists.  I get my own message and would rather not as I already have a sopy 
in my Sent folder.  Presumably had I ticked some box or other when I enrolled I 
would not have this problem.  How can I resolve it now?  Admittedly I could 
write a rule for it but would rather just not receive them.  Thanks in advance.
