My thoughts on these combo's is that if one part goes wrong, you're stuck with a white elephant. There may also be more to go wrong in a combo than in separates. Having said that, my mum has one, and seems to get along with it just fine. Cheers. He is also in the market for a printer and scanner and is considering getting one of the machines that will do both jobs. Is anyone on the list using one of these and id so are they any good? Do they present any problems for someone who is totally blind and can they be used continuously, for example when scanning books? Best.
