[access-uk] Printer keeps printing test page whenever turn it on

Hi,
I've got a Hp photosmart C3180 printer. whenever I turn it on, it prints a test
page. I don't know how to disable this. At the moment I have to keep pressing
the cancel button on the printer to stop it doing this.
