[access-uk] Preparing to sell/give away a Windows netbook

We have a netbook we no longer use and I wish to put it back to factory
settings before passing it on. However, I really don't know how to do this and
so am seeking some advice. At present it is set up for two users. It was set
this way when we did the final part of the set up in Windows having obtained
it. I would also want to leave Jawss on, although to remove the key, before
passing it on. (I know how to do the latter.)
