If you put the restaurant's Twitter name in your tweet, they will see it
because you have mentioned it. In the same way, a tweet with @iainlackie would
be seen by me.

Thanks Vince, I will build on it. Ian says if I have given the name of the
restaurant they will see the Tweet. Do not understand that. Maybe I would have
had to use the hash tag. Do not know what the hash tag does actually!

Eleanor, no, any words you use in a tweet could be picked up in a search, so
make sure there are some good key words in there that will attract an
audience. You may even get more followers if you take this approach, but it
does take time.
