[access-uk] Postcode Finder Again

Hi, Folks,
Well, here I am having gone round in a loop and come back to the beginning
again. I phoned the number given only to be told to phone the actual postcodes
number for a postcode. Since I wanted to know what was causing the problem with
the website for some of us, I held on for complaints. The person to whom I
spoke tried phoning too and got the same problems, finding that he had come
back to his own call centre.
So in a nutshell, I can't see why this is happening to some of us but not all,
and what the remedy is. (growl!)
