Hi Vanya.

Ass far as I know this isn't true.

I've gotten some audio only movies recorded off sky from friends and they
had the audio description.

Subject: [access-uk] Possibly slightly off topic - Audio description
recording on sky

Hi,
there is a certain show that I love that used to go on channel 4 and has now
be acquired by sky. Unfortunately, I don't have sky, mainly because I live
at counsel property and they won't allow me to have a dish and even though I
live in central London cable services are not available here. My parents are
willing to record episodes to me on DVD, however, I heard that if things are
recorded from sky that audio description is not recorded. Can anyone deny or
confirm if this is true?
Thanks in advance for your help.
