Hi,

As I say, they are not difficult to find, but they tend to be on the more
expensive side, if you want multiple bookmarking.

All the best

The friend who is looking for a portable CD player which will remember where
she was up to in a book, isn’t necessarily looking for a cheap solution. Well,
I guess she isn’t looking for an expensive solution either.

I’m surprised that such devices are so difficult to find.

Hi Alison,

The problem is, most of the cheaper ones will only remember your position while
the disk is in the player. So as soon as you take out the disk and play, say,
a music CD, then your position is lost.

So it depends on what you want to do.

All the best

I think the person who has answered question is wanting information about
whether when the disk stops playing if it will continue from the same point.
