I found it completely unusable too, and it used to work very well, so I've
raised a support ticket, and suggest you do likewise. Please do this and
let me know what response you get, and I'll let you know what I hear. If
necessary, we can gang up to get it sorted.

Cheers
Dave

Subject: [access-uk] Plus.net webmail

Hi all:
Have any plus.net subscribers tried the new Webmail interface. I'm
having problems in as far as once I long in the interface seems only to
be accessible using the jaws cursor, not the virtual pc cursor. Not
certain however whether this is an access problem or related to other
graphics card driver issues I'm currently having.
Even using jaws cursor to start a new message I can't suss out how to
get in to the message body either, entering in to what I thought was the
right area infact appears always to take me in to the subject field.
Can't change the selection in the layout view to see if any of theother
layouts are any better and it seems not to want me to log in using the
basic interface, only the advanced ie6 option. Choosing basic always
results in a short delay and being returned to the log-in screen.

Sharon, if you're on XP and load SP2, it has something in it which
prevents them from appearing automatically.

Cheers now.

Sharon,
There's also a program on the jfwlite called ad shield, I'm not sure of
its=20 effectiveness though. You need to go to:

www.jfwlite.com

Click on programs and you'll find it there.

Cheers.
