Remember whilst there are many services that will claim no limits you may find that service is poorer because someone paying the same money is kaning the service you're on downloading DVD movies. The bandwidth management that Plusnet and others put in place allows them to invest to cater for the high-bandwidth users like online gamers and still keep prices lower for those who genuinely don't need loads of bandwidth. I have found some satisfied visually impaired Pipex people but I would like views of any Plusnet users. another question I need to know is how limited is the capped access on the light user packages. Are they worth considering? I know this depends on what you download and I imagine that the unlimited option is probably best, but any thoughts would be appreciated.
