Hi Ok so I've got the KNFB reader installed on the phone, Now it is saying that my firmware is out of date, How do I update this please. also where on the phone do I find to update the firmware. I cannot find any of the documentation or PDF files that were installed with KNFB reader. I hope someone can help me out with this. I would love to be a bit more independent from the support workers.
