Hi Colin,

No, that wouldn't work.  Both of you have to have System Access to connect
to each other's computer.

Ok, I get system access, the person at the other end who is assisting me,
how would that work?  They are fully sighted and tech.support or my RNIB
volunteer who is fully sighted.
