Depends on your OS. For windows 7 try typing run into the search field in
control panel.
This should offer the options you need.

Subject: [access-uk] Playing a Music CD on Computer

I have put a CD in to my computer to play and it won't just start playing.
Yes, you've guessed it, it's a music CD. I get a message what do you want
Windows to do Open Folder to View Files and Take No Action. Usually there
is a choice to play. I have Real Player Installed and VLC Media
Player.Never used to have this problem.
