I agree with Jackie here Roger, and if you need any support with the device
plese don't hesitate to get in touch with myself or the tech for life service
at RNIB and we help you!
It's a great player and you'll soon notice that you needn't to read all the
manual
Best of luck

Hi Jackie
I think you are right. I do have a VR Stream 2nd Gen purchased shortly after
they came out, which I have never used. I charged it up, looked at the manual
and decided I’d do it later. Later never came, the learning curve was too great
as there are 28 pages to the instruction manual. However I do think later has
finally arrived and I will have to read the damned thing.

Hi Roger
As others have said, the Victor Reader Stream or Victor Reader Trek would be
your best purchase, I can’t recommend either of them highly enough for playing
DAISY, Audible and MP3 books, as well as the ability to listen to podcasts.
For us, the Stream or Trek is the must-have item.
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

Sorry for the cross posting but I want to get as many opinions as
possible. I have just purchased a Victor Reader Stratus 4M and just phoned
Audible to get it set up only to find it is not compatible. With the exception
of smart phones can anyone recommend a player for me, please.
Many thanks Roger
