Hi John, My Outlook 2003 doesn't have that menu option. What is confusing is that in Outlook Contacts (as opposed to Address Book), if you right click on the e-mail address, and then select either Send Options or Outlook Properties from the menu, there is an option to select Plain Text to that address. Obviously it doesn't work that way here for me, so I will have to investigate further. George. ________________________________ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of John Farley Sent: 18 May 2005 00:29 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Plain text from Outlook 2003 Sorry George, it got here in html. If you go into <tools> <Mail format> and then the first combo box is the format , select text only. It should then work. HTH. If this actually arrives in plain text, my next message will explain how to do it. George. ________________________________ This Message has been scanned for viruses by McAfee Groupshield.
