This is the new look of Android 10.
If you want to get back to the old behaviour, you'll find it in Settings,
System, Gestures.

Using Android 10
Have just upgraded from a Pixel 1and gone through the set-up process. All
seemed to go well but I don't have the "Back" Home" and ""Recent Aps"
buttons along the bottom of the screen for instance on the Home screen. How
can I bring these back please!
