If you're not going to download a load of apps, then you could look at the
Moto G 8GB. Or the Moto E which also has 8GB. Or if you want a little more
memory, the Moto G 16GB. Nexus 5 or the Galaxy S5 are my personal faves,
but they are more expensive.

I have a limited amount of sight. The phone will be for business use,
calls, texts, calendar & e-mail mostly. I will need to depend on speech.

How long is a bit of string? The best phone for what? Small screen? Big
screen? Totally blind? Some sight? All sight? See it's not easy to say
what is the best phone without a little more detail.
For totally blind, you could do a lot worse than the Moto G. My favourite
two phones though are the Nexus 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S5, which are
darned fast, but it depends on what you are looking for.
