If he can remember the model that would be great. I heard about a Plantronics headset but haven't managed to find out the model. I found searching for headphone splitters brought me to a lot of adaptors to plug two sets of headphones into one socket, not what I wanted. I want something that will do the job for a call centre and want to know how others get around it.
