Same here Barbara. They may make mistakes sometimes, or rather the
suppliers do, but they usually do their best to put them right.
I think they have a good product here and I have already found it of great
help.

I received a letter from the RNIB today explaining the mix-up with the
duplicate labels. They said anyone who has purchased a Penfriend with the
duplicate labels will receive a complimentary pack of labels B when they are
available mid-September. So even though there has been a bit of a cock-up,
the RNIB are making good on it and giving us a pack of free labels.
And here's something I don't say often: well done RNIB and thank you!
