Andrew, I also bought small round magnets, thinking I'd use them with small round labels. I found though that they didn't do quite what I wanted - IE, they didn't stay on the tops of jars well in the fridge and anyway they wouldn't stack. Yes, it was a waste, but a learning curve and I've just moved on. As yet I haven't taken the labels off the round magnets as I don't think they'd re-stick or come off cleanly.
Has anyone tried to do this and found it workable? -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: "Andrew Shipp" <andrew.shipp@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, November 24, 2009 3:43 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: PenFriend label update
That's a pain as I just bought some magnets for those to fit on, wasted my money again,. don't see why you couldn't keep those in another pack, for those of us that want to use them. this is making me wish that I had waited a bit longer before getting one of these.----- Original Message ----- From: "Long, Alison" <Alison.Long@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, November 24, 2009 3:37 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: PenFriend label updateThat's correct. The majority of customers preferred to have packs with just the little round labels, with a small number of customers wanting the large labels. We have the opportunity to look at it again when it's time to order Packs E and F. This has now been resolved, so as Trace has recently bought her PenFriend, she can start with Pack A (product code DL77).Packs C and D are being produced at the moment. Following customer feedback we are making a smallchange and removing the large round labels in favour of more small round labels. So the packs will contain the small round labels and the large square ones that you can record on and cut into four (with the same audio recording), if you think they're too big! You will also get more labels per pack for your £9.99. I think there were some problems with Pack A so it got scrapped. There are 380 labels in pack B with plenty of the small round labels you were talking about.
