Quite so, and the solutions themselves have to be affordable. An alarming
number of blind and partially-sighted people out there don't have jobs, and
many of those don't have money to burn...and as has been said, the onus on

There are a lot of people for whom this particular scenario would be
impossible. I know people who can't use Smart devices because of dexterity
issues, for example. There are people who can't cope with touchscreen
technology, so what do they do? It's ok to say you can make a big purchase
and download an app to do so, but it has to be concerning as this method
gets more popular, (frown).

Don't know how easy this would be, sometimes I turn voice over off
with a double triple tap, this keeps screen curtain on and you can
press the buttons if you listen for the "clicks" working from the
bottom up you can go up the center; 0 8 5 2 and locate the side

arrangement about payment with an app the shop used, they refunded
