have you tried on pairing it with a device and then pairing it again with your
iPhone 5s? I had a similar issue with one of these Bluetooth headsets and I had
to and parrot with one iPhone in order to Pair it with another.

Well, Janet has had some problems with a couple of her apps. I haven't had
time to try many apps but I'm relieved my Apple keyboard is at last working
properly and again I'm able to input contacts that way.
