For some reason, it does not work.  I think, I have to print first two pages
then number the rest.

Ali - I would expect it to work ok if you don't highlight the first 2 pages,
but selected all the text from page 3 to the end, and then go to the insert
menu and choose page numbering etc.

If for some reason this isn't working, perhaps you could print off the first
2 pages separately, and then number the rest, but would have thought the
first method would work!
