HI Kevin: I had cause to install superantispyware free yesterday on a windows xp machine with jaws 11. I had no problems such as those you describe. Do you have jaws running as a service? I wonder if that may effect the spyware’s view of what jaws is. Maybe try adjusting your preference in jaws options, basic settings by ticking or unticking the run from system tray box. On my machine I am running jaws from the system tray. Adrian Higginbotham Manager, leading edge research. The programme worked well and successfully detected and removed several Trojans. However, over the past few weeks the following problem has manifested. I start a scan but, at some point during the scanning process Jaws ceases to voice and there is no way of restarting Jaws other than to turn off the machine, mannually and turn it on again. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and, if so have you any suggestions for resolving it. I'm reluctant to delete the programme as it has, until recently worked well.
