I really can't believe we've got to this point where jaws users are
having to struggle and / or download alternative mail programs to the
default Windows one. Windows Live Mail didn't work 3 years ago.

To refresh the page, you should use the JAWS key + escape. You may then
have to press alt+home to go to the top of the message.

Subject: [access-uk] PROBLEMS WITH ACCESSIBILITY OF WINDOWS LIVE MAIL

Hi,

I'm having problems reading messages in Windows Live Mail. I click into
the message body and nothing is read by Jaws (version 11). On doing
control r, to refresh the page it is, in fact read but this is
cumbersome. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue please?

Many thanks,

Kevin
