Hi Kevin,

A similar problem has been flagged up on the BT Internet
Support News Group, and I've written to someone on that News
group to ask if I can pass on a solution they've suggested,
but, before I pass on the solution, it would help if you
could clarify whether you are using Windows Mail in Vista,
as the suggested solution works for people using that
combination.
