Hi DOREEN,
Could it be the display settings? I can't remember the recommended display
settings of the top of my head but I think it was something like 800 by 600 for
the screen resolution and 32bit for the colour quality. And make sure that the
application you're working with is maximised.

Hi folks:
Wonder if anybody can come up with any suggestions.
Using JAWS 7.1 with IE6 and Windows XP. Up and down arrow keys won't work in
either application even though left and right arrow keys will. Also, no menus
are being announced.
If anybody has any thoughts on how I can correct this problem this would be
appreciated.
