[access-uk] PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND IE6

Hi folks:
Wonder if anybody can come up with any suggestions.
Using JAWS 7.1 with IE6 and Windows XP. Up and down arrow keys won't work in
either application even though left and right arrow keys will. Also, no menus
are being announced.
If anybody has any thoughts on how I can correct this problem this would be
appreciated.
