I have received news that a Local society's clients are having difficulties
in obtaining support/contact in connection with this product.
This is making the relevant advisor reluctant to continue to recommend what
is otherwise a very useful product for some users.
Does anyone have details of someone within the company who may be able to
sort out this problem for them?
