Hi George

I’m using 2007. I looked where you said and it said “Columns Split to two or
more columns” No mention that I can find of reducing to only one column, unless
I’m looking in the wrong place for 2007

Hi Roger,

Sorry if I’ve missed what your version of Word is.

If it’s Word 2010, you can undo multiple columns in a document by clicking the
Page Layout tab, clicking Columns, and then clicking One to reformat your
entire document as one column.

George.

With the help of list members I have now converted my manual from PDF to a Word
document. That has worked just fine but it’s in 5 columns of small print on 4
pages. Is there any easy way I can change it to just one column of text?

Roger
