I want to tell you about a small program to decrypt those annoying secure PDF documents, the ones where you are restricted to the very minimum to saving them as text files. The program is PDF Password Remover. All you do is open the secured PDF document. A standard save as dialogue appears allowing you to save the decrypted version which is also in PDF format. That's all there is to it. All the program has is a list of events, a few buttons and a close button to quit the program. It is fully accessible. You can find out more, including downloading a free trial version, from www.verypdf.com. Cost is $29.00 and I have just bought this now as I downloaded the manual which was in secure PDF format and I wanted to decrypt it so I can save it in text form and read it in Jarte.
