Barbra, The most straight forward way is to have eyes at hand. 1. Get yoru XP Disc. 2. Pop it in the drive after powering up your machine. 3. It will prompt you to press C or any key to enter setup. 4. Follow on-screen, (it should be self-evident). I've never done this before so I need a few pointers before I get started. I do have sighted assistance if I need it, but only a pair of eyes not an expert, so I need to be the one who knows what to do. I just need to know how to get started. I have uninstalled all but what comes as standard with Windows. So do I need to do something to reformat before reinstalling? Do I need to uninstall Windows, or simply insert the disc and let it install again? I am sure I will be fine once I get started, I just need to know where and how to get it going! Cheers.
