Yes but you get the extra dialogue about Windows Security.
Ctrl+shift+escape brings up Task Manager straight away.

Hi Chris,

Why?

Ctrl-Alt-Del works just as well.

All the best

Hi. From yesterday onwards I have discovered that my
desktop is not performing at a standard speed. It
takes for ever for the OS to load up. From there on
the PC will be very slow to respond to a keystroke or
command. Items wil load up and then I will get a
Windows Error message.
It's really taken a turn for the worse over the last
couple of days and
I don't know what caused this. The only thing that's
been deleted is a

user account which I had setup for the children. I
thought that would of had an opposit effect. I've had
the machine for nearly 3 years now as I had bought it
from Dell. I don't have the original recovery CD so

I can even perform a clean re-install.
