[access-uk] PC HDMI and audio outputs advice

Hi all.  

Looking at connecting a pc to hd TV with an HDMI cable.  Currently connected
using svideo and audio cables into a scart adapter plug.  

Can the PC audio be passed down the same HDMI cable, or will it need a
separate audio connection?  

If the video and audio can be cobined, is it a physical connection in the
machine or a software driver setup issue?  

If it can be done, any recommendations on good spec graphics cards
appreciated.
