There was no indication that these were fraud as the wording appeared 
genuine enough.

Of course I went to PAYPAL via my account there and not by any link they 
gave, which again looked OK . . ..

Sorry, George, if I'm rather slow on the uptake.  Just want to be sure in a 
world where we have to involve ourselves in things of very little interest .
