Hi Carol.

You can download most any manual for cordless phones made by Panasonic from 
their website.  If you get the model number which should be on the base 
unit, its simply a question of searching for the correct model on the 
Panasonic support site.  Just mentioning this for your future reference 
should you ever need to refer to the main manual for the product.
