Wendy, so sorry to hear about the bad experience of buying on-line and the site not co-operating.
I'd just add that Maplin now have much more of a presence on the ground locally, so to speak. I don't know where you are but a visit to a shop would be worthwhile in this case because you really want to be sure the pads you're buying will fit the headphones they're for. The staff are usually quite helpful I iind.,
At least the location of shops should be fairly hassel free on the site. Cheers, Ray.----- Original Message ----- From: "Wendy Sharpe" <w.sharpe@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

RayMany thanks. I have just had a bad experience with the Maplin site. I gotalmost as far as paying for what I wanted, and then when I was supposed to be returned from Paypal to Maplin I got an error message saying sorry, but could I try again. Obviously the order had not been placed.I used to have no trouble at all ordering from Maplin, and it was one of myfavourite sites, but they have changed things somehow, and although I have complained to them I have never heard what they have done and why. Wendy
