Wendy, so sorry to hear about the bad experience of buying on-line and the site not co-operating.


I'd just add that Maplin now have much more of a presence on the ground locally, so to speak. I don't know where you are but a visit to a shop would be worthwhile in this case because you really want to be sure the pads you're buying will fit the headphones they're for. The staff are usually quite helpful I iind.,

At least the location of shops should be fairly hassel free on the site.

Many thanks. I have just had a bad experience with the Maplin site. I got
almost as far as paying for what I wanted, and then when I was supposed to
be returned from Paypal to Maplin I got an error message saying sorry, but
could I try again.  Obviously the order had not been placed.

I used to have no trouble at all ordering from Maplin, and it was one of my
favourite sites, but they have changed things somehow, and although I have
complained to them I have never heard what they have done and why.
