Hi Alistair,

Is the book on your bookshelf within the home menu?

Also if you have borrowed a book and wish to renew it in your RNIB bookshelf
there should be a 'download mp3' icon and underneath a 'renew' button. You can
renew each title once and if you would like more time on top of that, you can
return and borrow it again.

If you email us at Overdrive@xxxxxxxxxxx with the name of the book you are
having the message pop up for, we can have a look into your account?

Best,
Louisa.

Subject: [access-uk] Overdrive (again)with ipod touch 5th gen?

Hi folks,Having installed overdrive on my pc and got it to work
eventually, decided to give it a whirl on my ipod 5th gen, I installed it,
signed in to both overdrive and RNIB. I searched for and got a list of
available books, I chose to borrow one,the next screen told me I had already
checked this book out, which I hadn’t, and to review my bookshelf. so unless
the RNIB HAVE A HISTORICAL LIST OF BOOKS PREVIOUSLY BORROWED IN THE DARK AND
DISTANT PAST LINKED TO OVERDRIVE I AM AT A LOSS AS HOW TO ACTUALLY BORROW A
BOOK ON THIS DEVICE! I have repeated this a number of times without success,
either I’ve been a much more prolific reader than I thought or am doing
something wrong, any tips to get this right would be great! In general terms
though I think the concept is great but the app is crap!
PS:

Sorry for the lapse into caps lock above!

BEST

alistair
