Hello Sharon,

I am sorry, but I do not really understand why, if you are on a broadband
connection, you do not just sign onto the internet every time you switch the
PC on.

That would solve your problem.

Subject: [access-uk] Outlook, and Receiving Messages

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I have just changed over from Outlook Express to Outlook, and am having
problems receiving my mail. I always have to go on to internet explorer
first, as if I don't and am not online, I keep getting an error message.

Is there a setting somewhere I need to change, as I don't always want to go
on to the internet just to download my messages.

Hope that is clear enough, and hope some of you knowledgeable lot out there
can help.

I am using Windows XP, Office Xp, and BT Broadband, Jaws 5.1.

Many thanks.

Sharon
