Thought I recognised the rain coat <smile>
In earlier versions of JFW there was a repair option from within the JAWS
menu\tools. I think now the only way to do a JAWS repair is to use the
uninstall option which should prompt you to uninstall or repair. Hope that's
still the case in JFW11 which I think you are using, I'm still with 9 -

Hi Clive - this has happened to me in the past too.
You could try rebooting the system; maximising the screen [alt space
bar, then hit letter x] or doing a jaws repair. One way or another, I have
always managed to fix it from the above methods -

I seem to have lost some of my OE menu options. If I type Alt+F I
get file. Right arrow once, I get Edit. If I right arrow once more, I should
come to View, then Tools, Options, and so on. Instead, it leaves the menus and
goes back to the message list, so only giving me the File and Edit options.
How do I restore, without the other options, in order to get them back as they
should be?
