[access-uk] Outlook Adress not displaying all of the menu options it should

Hello all,
I seem to have lost some of my OE menu options. If I type Alt+F I get file.
Right arrow once, I get Edit. If I right arrow once more, I should come to
View, then Tools, Options, and so on. Instead, it leaves the menus and goes
back to the message list, so only giving me the File and Edit options. How do
I restore, without the other options, in order to get them back as they should
be?
