Hi Audrey,

Have you tried resetting the calendar view or selecting other views to see
if there's a difference? Also, Insert + A + A should bring up a virtual view
of all the appointments on the day in focus. At least it works for me with
JFW 2018 and Outlook 2013. HTH.

Regards,
LU

Hi Steve. The script that is loaded is Outlook.EXE I would think this would
be the default script.

Hi,

If you just press tab to go between appointments, you should hear the
date
and time after the appointment itself.

If not, press JAWS and Q and tell us which script is loaded.

Thanks.

Subject: [access-uk] Outlook 2016 calendar with jaws

Hi all.  At work, I am using windows 7 with outlook 2016 and jaws 18.
I have just had my outlook upgraded to 2016 version and am now having
problems with the calendar.  I am not sure if this is work related or a
problem with jaws.  I am able to get to my calendar and am in day view.  I
then try to look at my appointments for the day and the calendar announces
that there is say one appointment, but I am unable to identify where in the
day it is.  I have tried various things like control period and control
comma, but I can't seem to get anywhere.  I would be grateful if someone
could make suggestions as to what I can try before I go to our IT department
and tell them the calendar is not working properly to rule out that it might
be my screen reader.
Thanks in advance.
