Hi Jacky

I think the rules you have set-up are only for a specific
e-mail address, you may have to set up second sets of rules
for different accounts. The only way around this is to use
the subject field instead of the first field, not quite sure
though, that way all mail from access uk will go where it is
meant to.

Adrien

Subject: [access-uk] Outlook 2013 rules question

Using Outlook 2013, or 365 if you prefer, I have just added
another account.
I mainly use my Gmail account for list traffic, so have
folders for Access
UK, BCAB etc already set up. But since creating another
account today,
messages from lists that have their own folders are now
going into my Gmail
Inbox. Does anyone know why this might be, and how to fix
the problem,
please?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Brown
