Hi Sue,

If you go to the top of your list of sent emails and then press up arrow
JAWS should say something like 'date: today collapsed' or 'date: today
expanded'. If it says 'date: today collapsed' then just press the right
arrow key and it should then say 'date: today expanded'. It may also depend
on whether you have show in groups enabled. To check the status of this go
to the 'view' menu; cursor down until you get to 'arrangement' and then
right arrow once; cursor down until you get to 'expand/collapse'. Press the
spacebar on this item and then cursor down until you get to 'expand all
groups' and press enter. This should expand everything in the folder.

John.

I'm also wondering if anyone could tell me why not all of my sent items are
showing the sent items list in Outlook 2010.

Apologies for posting too many questions here.

Sue.
